Maricota
The famous Maricota, a character from the traditional Boi de Mamão, is represented by a three-meter-tall doll, which teaches children that "size is not important", because with its long arms and open hands, it distributes many caresses.
The figure dances to the sound of the singing, with the caller who sings the verses calling the little goat, the terrible Bernúncia, "who ate Mané João and eats everything they give him", and finally her, who intentionally reaches the audience with her hands spread out, making the audience amused.
